王欣  1947年4月出生，教授。1982年在山东（工业）大学电子系获硕士学位，1990年2月在北京邮电大学电信系获博士学位。

   作为负责人，于1993年和2002年承担二项国家自然科学基金项目。1993年被评为山东省科学技术拔尖人才；享受国务院特殊津贴。2002年在英国Reading大学合作研究。现为中国电子学会电路与系统分会委员。

研究方向：非线性滤波；图像处理；计算机视觉
